Since zlib 1.3.2 the CMake build sets the output name to
z on every platform, so an
MSVC build now gives z.lib/z.dll (and zs.lib for the static
one) instead of the zlib.lib/zlib.dll that 1.3.1 produced.
CHECK_LIB() only looked for zlib_a.lib and zlib.lib, so
configure couldn't find a self-built zlib anymore. This adds z.lib to the list.
