First release?

Andrei, all... I've a handful of outstanding patches that need checking, but after those are resolved/committed I'd like to ask what's missing that actually prevents an initial release? The three people able to test the Windows version have given useful feedback, but it'd be good to extend the field some and find out where users' priorities lie - and I know a lot of people want to try PHP-GTK 2, but just don't have the opportunity until we release something. Comments, anyone? - if nothing else, it would be good to have an idea of the areas that most need focus. - Steph PS - Andrei, the TODO's kinda confusing at present because it sometimes gets things added to it when they're complete, like a NEWS file should. Can we stick to using it as a TODO and create a NEWS file following the initial release?
