If you build php, php_gtk and the other extensions you need from the same
set of source files you can load all the extension you need. This has
nothing to do with php_gtk.
You can find the latest build of extension on snaps.php.net or on my page
http://kromann.info/php.php. These are build from a freash
CVS snapshot
every night.
