Missing Header: gen_libglade.h

In file included from /Users/jsjohnst/CVS/php-gtk/./ext/libglade/php_libglade.c:23: /Users/jsjohnst/CVS/php-gtk/./ext/libglade/php_libglade.h:31:26: error: gen_libglade.h: No such file or directory make: *** [ext/libglade/php_libglade.lo] Error 1 From the looks of the file name, I would assume this is a generated file. Adding --disable-libglade to the ./configure line of course gets me past that error, but I was hoping from the conversations of late on libglade2 here on the list that it might compile atleast (just not work fully).
