Hi Markus,
The property gutter_size is not available on win32 so you need to remove thise lines from the
generated file before compilation.
The other error is more tricky. For some reson MSVC converts gdk_draw_pixmap to gdk_draw_drawable.
You can fix this by replacing PHP_FUNCTION(gdk_draw_pixmap) with PHP_FUNCTION(gdk_draw_pixmap1) and
PHP_FN(gdk_draw_pixmap) with PHP_FN(gdk_draw_pixmap1).
As soon as I have found a solution for these things I'll commit the fix'es
