GtkButton and use_underline - wrong default?

Uhhh, the "use_underline" property of GtkButton seems to be defaulting
to true instead of false, although acording to the Gtk+ ref., it should
be the other way around:
$button = new GtkButton('An_Example');
var_dump($button->get_use_underline());
This spits out "bool(true)".
