Just execute the following:

$store = new GtkListStore(Gtk::TYPE_PHP_VALUE);
//Problem 1: simple data types
$integer = 0;
$store->append(array($integer));
//Problem 2: Widgets
$window = new GtkWindow();
$store->append(array($window));
?>
Output:
