Are these calls necessary to initialize gtkhtml?
gdk_rgb_init ();
gtk_widget_set_default_colormap (gdk_rgb_get_cmap ());
gtk_widget_set_default_visual (gdk_rgb_get_visual ());
I suspect that gdk_rgb_init() is but not sure about the other two. Have
you been able to find any docs on GtkHTML?
