Hello all,
In my opinion, it should be able to do the following:
> $btn2->connect_simple('clicked', 'print', $btn2->get_label());
which would cause the button's label to be printed out each time the
button is clicked. However, although (or "because"?) that function is
defined by php and accessible, I get:
> PHP Warning: Unable to invoke signal callback 'print' specified in
> somefile.phpw on line 20 in
> somefile.phpw on line 27
If I write my own "echoit" method
> function echoit($value) { echo $value;}
and do a
> $btn2->connect_simple('clicked', 'echoit', $btn2->get_label());
it works as expected.
So is there a restriction in not being allowed to use functions defined
by php and not the user? Bug?
