How come you're getting cairo errors in GTK 2.6.*?
PHP-Gtk2 is compiled against the feature set of Gtk 2.6, but I have Gtk 2.8 with cairo support here.
I'll leave it to Andrei to 'pronounce', but my instinct tells me that's the root of the issues you're seeing. - Steph
