I'm not convinced that those crashes are actually the fault of PHP-GTK - the bt is all about cairo. Can you take a look at that and confirm whether they're actual PHP-GTK bugs?
I see Christian has entered a few more bugs against current PHP-GTK. I have to ask, do you think we should wait until these are fixed and then release alpha or go ahead without the fixes? My time is somewhat limited in the next few days and I will be out of the country traveling May 18-30. -Andrei
