utf8 issues in Scintilla

Hi!
I am using gtkscintilla2-0.6.0 because the 0.1.0 does not build on my
suse 10.0. I do not know if this matter.
I find a bug in scintilla. Is about utf8 thing. The php converts the
values from the variable to utf8 and give the utf8 version to scintiila,
but it expects the plain value, not the encoded value, so in this
function, by example, it set the value of scintilla with weird char(test
with "ééééé", so:
ex:
$sc = new GtkScintilla();
$sc->set_text("ééééé´");

If you agree that this is the best solution, I can search for the others functions where this happen and send to you all changes.
