NB we can't work with "PHP 4.0.5 or greater" for PHP-GTK 2. Or at least, if Andrei thinks we can, I'll need to do some work on the PHP_5_2 compat changes I already made. I was under the impression that the *nix build requests 5.1.*.... - Steph

Should we have a page or a file that lists the major features/changes of PHP-GTK 2?

We should... actually we kind of do already, it's hidden in amongst the tutorials and we can just link to that page from the main site - that should be enough, no? Anyone feeling intelligent enough to write up the rest of it? On my box I've written in support for GtkCTreeNode and a few pixmap-creating (a bit BC) items + GtkCTree and GtkCList (very much BC and both marked as 'deprecated'). In GTK+ 2.6.9 the pixmap stuff isn't actually deprecated, so it needs to be covered. It's actually way harder to do this under PHP-GTK 2 rules than it was under PHP-GTK 1, internally, but I have working samples now. I need you to go through all this stuff Andrei, it's not contentious as far as I'm concerned but I'l bet you find where it is :) - Steph
