preparing for 0.5 release

All, I will be preparing the CVS tree for 0.5 release. If you have any objections or comments, let me know (copy me on the email, I am not subscribed to the list currently). One thing that will need to be documented is the new .ini setting called "php-gtk.extensions" which lets you load shared PHP-GTK extensions. Like this: php-gtk.extensions = php_gtk_libglade.so, php_gtk_gdkpixbuf.so The process of configuring extensions should also be documented.
