Patch for GtkScintilla : all constants

This patch defines all constants for gtkscintilla, using the same names as used in c source, so it ends as GtkScintilla::SC_EOL_CR. I will build now one for gtkmozembed, I tried using the enum in the .def file, but it segfault. Using the same way as for scintilla works fine,(I tested with some) so can I make it? This is for Scintilla, add to scintilla.overrides. I am sending again because the previous the mail server rejected, because is too big.
