Updated Scintilla released - patch for php-gtk

Michele, let me know he has moved the gtkscintilla onto sourceforge and released v.0.8.1 - includes all the mods i did + a few other small ones. http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=31426 the bottom one is _required_ to build php-gtk with it, the top one is just a fix for an old bug, that enables folding to work correctly.
