When getting gtkextra building on windows I ran into a really weird problem - having the directory extra in the extensions messed up the makefile creation - it put extra in the spot reserved for php-gtk and php-gtk got put down with the other extensions... and I haven't figured out what the problem is or how to fix it. Simply renaming the directory (gtkextra for example - none of the files or even the extension need a rename...just the directory) fixes the problem. Very strange and hard to pin down.

The build system runs through the 'ext' directory in alphabetical order by default, which means the 'extra' extension is built before 'gtk+' which is not what we want. We need to force building 'gtk+' before any other extension.
