It would be new to me that the PHP binary windows build is
something special on its own.
It's only the PHP-GTK module which of course doesn't make
sense when run under a webserver (don't load it in your
php.ini).
Frank, is there anything special with the PHP binary itself
apart the PHP-GTK module?
If not, I don't see any reason why not use the same PHP
binary for two different things (though in the future the use
of CGI is deprecated for PHP-GTK and CLI is the recommended
one).
