Third times a charm - this one works (and doesn't segfault)
Only issue is it doesn't work with static gd on windows, only shared -
this shouldn't be an issue because the stock php builds never build in
gd (we can then build against stock phps again) - right now I have it
spitting a rather odd error, but that can always be changed.
Works with gd shared and static on nix.
If I could get some people to test this, I'd appreciate it. If gd is
not loaded when the method is called, you'll just get a fatal error.
