patch: adding GtkAssistant::set_forward_page_func support.

This also does that. But not that, that was for that. This is for this. I bet Elizabeth wants to commit this one herself. CVS Update because Anant already applied the first patch I sent a bit ago. I got a bit bored with the OpenAL stuff I was working on because I am still at a disagreement about the API. This is my apology (the patch) to Elizabeth for trying to debate the OpenAL interface without having slept the night before.
