patch: GtkRecentInfo fetching methods

This patch contains four entries: a bugfix and three additional methods. -- Bugfix -- Currently GtkRecentManager::get_items() is broken. Items gotten from it end up Gtk-CRITICAL'ing if you do something like print_r(), unset(), random events that I did not feel like frequency counting, or allow the program to terminate. This patch fixes that. -- Additions -- Adds GtkRecentChooser::get_items(). PHP Example: http://p.opsat.net/t/119 (also demonstrates GtkRecentManager's fix) Adds GtkRecentChooser::get_uris().
