[patch] GtkScaleButton Methods

This is an updated patch to one I posted awhile ago, addressing all the issues Andrei had with it. Works great now.

Please don't use _marshal suffix for helper function like these. Fixed.

While this works, it's not how the objects should be constructed. Fixed.

Do we need to duplicate the strings when adding them to the list? No. Fixed.
