Gtk experiment

We're working on an experimental run to see if we can move our Gtk1 code into Gtk2 with the minimum amount of changes. The time required for a complete rewrite simply does not exist. It's going a lot better than we thought, but ran into something that may or may not be a failing issue. I realize that GtkClist is deprecated, but our entire app runs on it. The existing Clists are all loading fine, but when we try to get the selection property in Gtk2, it comes up empty. Did this property get ignored because the widget is deprecated, or ???? thanks, Madeleine D.
