Gdk::cairo_set_source_color patch

Currently, Gdk::cairo_set_source_color is marked as not static. I don't understand why this is, as Gdk::cairo_set_source_pixmap is not marked as static. Unless there's a reason for this, I'll commit the patch later today. Mark.
