I'll translate it into English and put on the site.
While we do not place on the site ... if you want you can get the builds of php-gtk for Windows with PHP 5.4 or 5.5 in the download area on http://gtk.php.net/ site.
On the website of the Brazilian community, http://www.php-gtk.com.br/linux, there is a compilation of php-gtk for linux with php 5.3.
I will work in compiling php with php-gtk 5.5 or 5.6 for Linux.
Then I put on the site http://gtk.php.net/ the php-gtk compiled for Linux and the tutorial.
