In general:
go into the php-gtk/ext directory
run
./ext_skel --widget=mygtkwidget
this will make the basic build structure.
run ../generator/h2def.py /usr/include/mygtkwidget/mygtkwidget.h > mygtkwidget/mygtkwidget.defs
and ad dthe line
(is-constructor-of mygtkwidget)
in the definition of gtk_mygtkwidget_new
.. have a go building it.. - then slowly work out what you need to add to mygtkwidget.overrides to make it work..
