Just compiled CVS on Fedora3 and got a big smile on my dial :) ,

does not quite say it but you know what I mean~
To documentation , I know this has been discussed before but a long time ago
I think.
Are we (and by 'we' I mean I intend to contibute something more useful than
to date) going to simply add any new functions and depracate the old in the
existing manual or are we going to start from scratch for V2 ?
If from scratch are we going to stick with the existing interesting but
cryptic build system or perhaps get radical and use PHP itself ?
