Re: color label in windows ??

It kind of misses alot on windows :) - one of the core bits is the scintilla editor which (suprise suprise) doesnt work on windows - this is the core bit I use every day to write all the code I do - which make the linux version rock :). the HTML editor bit is more a proof of concept at present - it's only really handy for changing a simple html - eg. lists are increadibly flakey. - again - If I get the urge I'll start working on that - after I fix some of the other bugs :) it has a few other bits that are the reason for even bothering with windows - which are related to the midgard content management system, The rest of it is just cool, fun stuff I add as I need an application to do something. - a real php debuger is a need so that gets added.. etc. - but yeah it's a great resource of example code :) - I just wish I had more time to document the methods properly - so it would be even clearer :) regards alan Roberto Villarreal wrote:

AFAIK - you can not change the background color of a label - its one of the gtk's faq - I cant remember the work around - it was probably that you have to add the label to another widget. - if not try #gtk or #gnome - someone might squeek an answer or suggestion - otherwise find another gtk program that does something similar.. and look at the code.. you should be able to changed the foreground (fg) however. regards alan Steph wrote:
