buildconf fails

Now I look that Pablo placed precompiled version 0.5.0 in its tips, and
a need the last version. I am use:
automake-1.4
autoconf-2.13
libtool-1.4
php-4.1.1
and I do not execute "buildconf", the error message is:
[root@localhost php-gtk]$ ./buildconf
make: phpize: Command not found
make: *** [buildmk.stamp] Error 127
somebody knows what! can be?
A doubt! When I compile the sources of the PHP-GTK in the Linux, I get
the binary for win32?
