Please have a look at the archives/manual - common problems are - wrong versions of autoconf/automake.... - make sure the memory settings are increased in php.ini - others as listed in the manual. (delete source code before trying to rebuild..) Regards Alan BDKR wrote:

if you see this in configure - its due to it not being correctly expanded by autoconf/libtool etc. from the original config.m4

I commented both of them out and the script continued past without any complaint. However, I later see this... checking for working mkdir -p... yes mkdir: too few arguments Try `mkdir --help' for more information. It seems the script isn't passing something too the mkdir command, however, I'm at a loss to see what it is. Anybody have any knowledge of this problem? Cheers, BDKR
