GdkPixBuf under windows

Hello, I'm starting a project with GPS. I start coding with php-gtk and it's work very well with a serial proxy daemon under linux and windows with few line of code. In fact I'm working under windows and now I'have a problem to load map file (JPEG ou TIFF files usually). I know that php-gtk is free software and new features will be out when they are ready. After that, I Heard about a new project called php-wxwindows. But no support for windows. The question is : what about the gdkpixbuf in php-gtk (win version). Can you estimate a release date ? what about the CVS code ? it works ? At the moment I can do nothing because there is no support for gd2 library too. So if someone can help me ...
