Hi, you can do this:
<?PHP
dl("php_gtk.dll");
$v = new gtkWindow(GTK_WINDOW_POPUP);
$v->set_usize(gdk::screen_width(), gdk::screen_height());
$v->show_all();
gtk::main();
?>
But you can´t get the total effect because the windows has a bar, if you
hide the windows start bar the effect is perfect :P
