Frame, vbox, other questions

Hello to everyone! Ive been part of this list for about a year now and dont think ive ever e-mailed it with a question.... now ive got a couple. 1. I cant seem to find a function to pad the inside of gtkframe. set_border_width does the outside padding or corse, but the inside is what i need. 2. Say I have a vbox with 3 rows. I pack 3 things into the rows using pack start 3 times. If i want to change the middle row (row 2), how would i go about doing that? Ive tried to just repack all 3 again replaceing the 2nd row with what i want but it doesnt seem to work. 3. Where is the best place to find GTK function information. I would consider myself to be a pretty good PHP developer and i find it frustrating when the docs have no information and gnomes mailing list archives are not searchable. Thanks guys for any help with these questions. Im really starting to get into this again.
