Hi Seather, The debate about whether PHP-GTK 2 is ready for release turns up roughly every three weeks at present. I'd say whether you go for using PHP-GTK 2 at this stage depends primarily on how much you're relying on those missing features you mentioned. The only missing item I'd call a 'show stopper' right now is GdkAtom, which underlies a fair amount of GTK+ functionality. Most of the rest is either relatively minor or unlikely to affect the stability of the API (I think we discussed everything that was ever likely to get changed now, and nothing did). Apart from that, you might find occasional parameter changes turn up - we'll generally try to replace GTK function parameters such as (string, string_length) with just (string), for example - but I _believe_ we've pretty much completed that kind of task in the areas where functionality already exists. To give you some idea of where we're at, the following is taken from my build logs (under win32). Note that most of the 'unwritten' functions and methods are that way because they rely on something else 'unwritten' deeper in the bowels of GTK+, e.g. around 30 GtkCTree methods will burst into life when GtkCTreeNode is written.
