Karlos, hi,
Best thing would be to put in a bug report via http://bugs.php.net/ and either paste your short-as-you-can-make-it test script there, or paste a link to said script there and host it somewhere else. Bug reports don't get lost in the deluge (and believe me, although things seem quiet on php-gtk-general, there is a deluge in other quarters).
If we bogus it it means you made a mistake, but without seeing your code we can't even know that much.
It's fairly likely you didn't make a mistake, in which case you're telling us about something you, as a user, need us to prioritise.
Bit of a gamble, admittedly, but please do take it ;)

Subject: [PHP-GTK] GtkTable padding excessive?
I dont seem to be able to change the padding on GtkTable's.
When desigined in glade, the tables looks nice and compact, but when
created in php-gtk2 (not from the glade files), I cannot seem to
reduce the internal padding on the table, even with just label widgets
in the table.
Anybody else noticed or found a solution to this? or should I just
keep fidiling?
Karlos,
