Can I just ask one thing - can we please hold back on win32-specific bugs until I've got some space to deal with them?
I said to you last week (privately or publicly, I don't remember) that we were bound to have issues this way after such a long period of linux-only development, and I think I'm being proven right over that. But if stuff works in PHP-GTK 2 under *nix we know for sure the reported bugs are not intrinsic to GTK+, so the manual build for PHP-GTK 2 needs to take priority here. That way at least we can have some kind of a release as soon as said bugs are cleared...
