Hi all,
I've been pulling my hair out over connecting a callback to the 'focus-in-
event' and 'focus-out-event' signals on a GtkComboBox.
Tried just about everything - up to changing the event mask and even
putting the GtkComboBox inside a GtkEventBox. Nothing works. The
GtkComboBox clearly *does* get keyboard focus, but the callback *never*
fires.
Now I suspect this has something to do with the GtkComboBox being a
composite widget, but I haven't been able to get at the child widgets.
Calling children() on the GtkComboBox gives me only one child widget,
which is a GtkCellView and does not know anything about keyboard focus.
I'm running the win32 binary built from cvs by xxoes, dated 20060225.
Any ideas, suggestions welcome.
Regards,
