Good suggestion. It needs to be in the manual, but I agree it needs to be _somewhere_! It's only really an issue if you're developing for Windows users, I suspect that's why it hasn't had a great deal of attention from the community. Most use Linux variants. Similar coverage would be good for the subject of printing under doze - another general list favourite. All offers gratefully reviewed. Spelling etc. no problem, but I will test everything and I won't take ideas that don't work and put them into the manual ;)

Thanks for the link! Wonder why I didn't see this article earlier when I was researching on phpgtk compilers... I guess maybe because your article is titled "Use your mouse". Didn't occur to me that the important stuff about bcompiler is buried so deep inside... Could I make a suggestion here? Would be great if someone could add one more section on "Deployment" to the http://gtk.php.net/resources.php page. This is one area I think most people using (and considering using) php-gtk will be interested.
