Hi Thanx For your Reply. The xml parser works just fine and I was able to retrieve values from the web. I still have a long way to go, as I have just completed the basics. Right now I am facing a different problem. This might sound silly. I can display a new text into an existing window. eg: First I have a screen that asks for area code. Once it is verified I want the present details to be removed and a new set of data comes in the same window tat shows the weather forecast details. Now I managed to hide the contents in the window using $label->hide(); but whenever I try to add a new label the error message comes up, gtkwindow already contains a widget. I know gtkwindow can only contain one widget. Then how can I achieve the result. I was able to display the contents in a new window. Please help if posible Thanx with regards Raisun
