hi,
on http://user.sgic.fi/~tml/gimp/win32/ i read,
that gLib has a function of
converting from anything to UTF, that works like
utf8 = g_convert (string, strlen (string), "UTF-8", "CP932", NULL, NULL,
NULL);
and lets use non-ASCII chars in GTK. Is it possible with php-gdk?
