Why is the download of php4.0.3pl1 installing PHP/FI 2.0.1?

Hello,
I'm resending this because I just went to the php.net download page and
tried this yet again.
I thought I'd downloaded php4.0.3pl1from the php download page and
succesfully installed it (took a couple of tries too,) but I have since
created a page on my server ( http://www.rovira.org/helloworld.php ) which
it says its PHP/FI 2.0.1
I am trying to run concurrently with php3 (which seems to work fine in page
http://www.rovira.org/hello.php3 )
'Taint normal is it?
