PHP 4.3.1 & pth.20

I am adding 4.3.1 from the ports collection in FreeBSD 4.7. I get the following message:

make: don't know how to make install. Stop
*** Error code 2
I downloaded pth2.0.0 and put it in "/usr/ports/devel/pth" with no success. Any ideas?
