custom extensions

Hi,
I'm using PHP4 and Windows IIS5, and was wanting to set up a custom file extension to be
processed by PHP...
instead of using "blah.com/image.php?...."
i'd like to use "blah.com/image?..."
Is this easily possible, and if so, how do i set it up?
