php & cracklib install

Hi i am trying to compile PHP 4.3.2rc1 with cracklib Crack lib has been installed via rpm I see all the file on my hd /usr/include/crack.h /usr/lib/cracklib_dict.hwm /usr/lib/cracklib_dict.pwd /usr/lib/cracklib_dict.pwi /usr/lib/libcrack.so /usr/lib/libcrack.so.2 /usr/lib/libcrack.so.2.7 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/i586-linux-thread-multi/crack.ph /usr/sbin/create-cracklib-dict But when i try to compile php /configure --with-apache=../apache_1.3.27 --enable-track-vars --with-mysql --with-dom --enable-sockets --enable-wddx --with-xmlrpc --enable-xslt --with-xslt-sablot=/usr/local/ --with-zlib-dir=/usr/local/include --with-expat-dir=/usr/local --with-iconv-dir=/usr/local/ --with-crack=/usr/lib/ I always get the error checking for CRACKlib support... yes configure: error: Cannot find a cracklib header file I guess this is the path for cracklib that is wrong ? I need to compile cracklib ? Any help with that would be appreciated. Thanks Yann PS. Sorry if this is a duplicate but i had some problem with my configuration
