PHP+Openldap Configure Error

I have installed OpenSSL-0.9.7a, OpenLDAP-2.1.16 and Cyrus-SASL-2.1.10
yet when I try and compile openldap support for php it core dumps. If I
remove the openldap parameter the configure and compile work fine.
I'm using gcc-2.95.3 and gmake. the line with arrow is what happens with
the ldap configured in.

--> Segmentation Fault - core dumped
