To set a session, the HTTP headers must be sent FIRST, to set the cookie. The error you are seeing
is a direct result of some kind of character (maybe a hidden character) being sent before the HTTP
headers.
Are your two servers running the same OS? Use 'vi' to check the script on the server (it
doesn't work on) to make sure it doesn't have any Windows CTL-M's.
