Cannot Compile CyberCash

Hi
I am trying to compile php4 with cybercash support and PHP is totally
ignoring the CyberCash command. I am using the following command:
./configure --with-cybercash=/usr/local/mck-3.3.1-i586-pc-linux-gnulibc2.1
I have also tried
./configure --with-cybercash=/usr/local/mck-3.3.1-i586-pc-linux-gnulibc2.1/
and
./configure --with-cybercash=/usr/local/mck-3.3.1-i586-pc-linux-gnulibc2.1/c
-api
and
./configure --with-cybercash=/usr/local/mck-3.3.1-i586-pc-linux-gnulibc2.1/c
-api/
I have checked the output on the screen and there is no mention of cybercash
anywhere no errors or confirmations. I am using the latest version of mck
and php 4.3.1 and redhat 8
Any help on this matter would be appreciated.
