I believe the procedure is the same for Red Hat 8. Ensure you have php and php-devel installed. This is what I did: First install Sablotron from source. ./configure && make && make install Then $ tar zxf php-4.2.2.tar.gz $ cd ext/xslt $ vi config.m4 Remove the check for ICONV.
