Greetings.
Ever since I upgrade to RH 9.0, I get the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mysql_connect() in
/perm/web/postnuke-phoenix-0.7.2.3/html/pnadodb/drivers/adodb-mysql.inc.php on
line 170
You can verify this yourself by clicking at:

I cannot figure out what the problem is. I have opened a bug report at RedHat:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=88656
There you will find that I have tried and reported much information, including
content of configuration files and output of php phpinfo(); Everything on my
system almost seams fine. php is there and seams to have been compiled with
mysql support. I say almost, because I found a difference between my system
and someone's else.
Calling phpinfo on my server shows some mysql references, but no mysql section
per say. See:
http://site.deragon.biz:18080/phpinfo.php
On someone else's website, his phpinfo showed a distinct mysql section. Why
is that I do not get it?
I only use rpms provided by Red Hat, for php, and from MySQL AB for mysql.
Sincerely,
Hans Deragon
