I had php installed from the Redhat distibution CD 8.0 , this means it is instalalled by RPM, I have some problems whith finding out how it is installed , is it a DSO, a Static module or a Standalone application (CGI) how can I make myself sure about it. I suspect it is installed as static module, becouse I had a Loadmodule directive for it in httpd.conf but I had to 'comment' it becouse the indian (apache 2.0.40) was compalaining that the module PHP was already loaded but there is one thing that confuses me it doesn't get listed whith the compiled-in modules 'httpd -l' I realy would like to be more certain about it since i would like to upgrade and if its a static-mod I probably have to recompile apache to (without php) so I don't get end up with a double installation any tips will be highly preciated, greetz Dimitri
